Reelday is software: it does the editing, subtitles and captions on its own, using only the footage you upload (AI helps with the words: speech recognition for subtitles, a language model for captions and misheard words; it never generates footage, images, music or voices). There is no human service or done-for-you work, and it never adds footage you did not upload. Results depend on your footage and your audience; Reelday does not promise any number of views or followers.

How billing works
How does the 7-day trial work?
You pay $4.99 for your first 7 days and get everything. After that it continues at $25.99 a month. Cancel any time before or after, and you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any charge.
What does 50% off the first term mean?
Your first payment is half price: $89.99 for your first year on yearly, or $12.99 for your first month on monthly. After that it renews at the normal price, $179.99 a year or $25.99 a month, until you cancel. Already on monthly? Switch to yearly any time in the app under Settings → Subscription; what is left of the month you paid for is credited.
How do I cancel?
In the app under Settings → Subscription, which opens your billing portal, or from the link on your Paddle receipt. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. See Refunds and cancelling.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can get a full refund of any charge, for any reason, by asking within 14 days of that charge — the first payment and every renewal. No questions asked. Full details on the refunds page.
Who charges me?
Paddle, who act as the merchant of record for Reelday. Your statement will show Paddle, and they issue your invoice and handle any sales tax or VAT.
What currency is this?
Prices are in US dollars. Paddle may show your local currency at checkout and will add any tax required where you live.
How do I get the app after paying?
Immediately. Open app.reelday.io in the browser on your phone or computer and sign in with the same email you paid with — your subscription is already active on that account. Reelday is a web app: there is no App Store or Google Play app to install and no licence key to enter.
Do you offer a free plan?
You can create an account and look around, but making and downloading reels needs a subscription.
